Job – Marine Tech

Duties

• Perform diagnostics and repair of all types of marine engines
• Performing work on boats and yachts, both service and rigging as needed.
• Handle multiple work orders and utilize computer systems to document work that has been performed.
• Service, diagnose, and repair outboards, I/O's, and inboards.
• Troubleshoot, repair and install electrical accessories in boats including bilge pumps, charging systems, and steering systems.
• Work with the Service Manager and General Manager to perform all tasks needed to run the business

Qualifications

• Have a general understanding of the Diagnostic Process, Two Stroke and Four Stroke Theory, Electrical Diagnostics, and general shop processes.
• Have a clean driving record
• A very strong attention to quality work and detail
• Be able to work independently or with a team
• Be able to work in both in-door and outdoor environments

Tuesday & Wednesday 8:30AM-5PM
Thursday 8:30AM-6PM
Friday 8:30AM-5PM
Saturday 8:30AM-3PM
